Holiday Inn - NW Houston Beltway 8, an IHG Hotel

I make my way to this hotel Wednesday evening 31/06/2023 the lady at the reception was unbelievable RUDE, when I reached she was listening to something on her phone, she looked upset that I was there doing my check-in, definitely to her whatever she was doing on her phone was more important than provide a good service to me as a client… unfortunately I left my phone in the taxi and I desperately needed it to connect myself to the internet, this hotel provide a computer which was great for me as it was a way to get in touch with my family to let them know about the situation with my phone, after leaving my stuff in my room I came down again to ask if I could use the computer, once again she was very RUDE!! to the extreme that I can easily say that in my 40 years I never experienced something like that as a client in a hotel, always with her earphones on, no attention to the clients whatsoever, basically she told me the computer wasn’t working and 10 minutes later another lady came to take over the reception and within 5 minutes I was already sitting in the computer talking to my family, apart from this particular person everything was great in this hotel, very clean, and all the other stuff where very nice, especially Lisa which I would like to thank this opportunity to thank! if it wasn’t for her I think I wouldn’t have stay in this hotel for 5 nights, Lisa was always smiling, gentle, helpful and very professional, also the rest of the staff including the rooms attendant where very professional and friendly.

Very clean, housekeeping service was great. Ladies had a really good attitude and were very attentive.

This hotel was recently remodeled, and very clean. The AC and shower both worked well, and the bed was comfortable.

It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Great value for the cost.

Clean except for the smell from guests, it’s smelled like weed.
